So if she grabbed a gun from one of her secret service goons and went into a bank and robbed it, she would positively not go to jail for it?

First off she is not going to jail before the election. In fact I would venture to say she will NEVER go to jai win or lose. However in a hypothetical case if she did get arrested it would not remover her from the ballot. Remember we are innocent until proven guilty. So hypothetically she could still win.
