Cannot do, but must do

I notice a fallacy in this statement. It does not take into account all possibilities, but only presumes the impossible. Simply said, it does not take into consideration God's ability to do for man what man is unable to do for himself or of himself.

Responsibility was not what brought about inability; failure resulted in inability. Responsibility was not cancelled out through man's failure; man's responsibility was increased, his acquired inability despite.
When Adam sinned, he was not relieved of punishment; he accrued punishment. When Adam sinned, he was not excused from obedience; obedience was so much the stricter demanded of him. Responsibility ever increases through irresponsibility. If man can no longer do anything to save himself, it means not he is saved because of his inability; he is saved - if saved - exactly for being responsible regardless of his weakness. God saves sinners from earned damnation.
