I agree, she was raped, and she was condemned, yet her rapist, nothing. It says they have no problem with rape, which is a whole seperate judgement against her. With no judgement that the rapist did wrong.

I don't know why people are saying nothing happened to the rapist:

He was arrested a week ago and is being kept in protective custody. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison.

I think this is indicitive of the church body, not just the catholics. We see only the sin of abortion, but not the fact that a little girls life has been forever altered.

This little girl and her family needs our prayers.

I misunderstood your meaning of forgiveness. I thought you were talking about her being to blame for this mess. You were talking about the natural guilt she will later feel as all sexual abuse victims feel compounded by the natural guilt she will feel as she comes to terms later in her life with what abortion really is.

We were talking about two different things.
