This is a great lawsuit. When Obama Care came out I was privileged to a speech and debate in which I brought up the topic of the potential religious liberties violation in this bill. Experts on the panel "never thought about" this possibility. I agree with the lawsuit. If we value religious liberty, we will also value the forced mandate of Obama Care.

I think the question will come down to whether or not the college is taking Federal funding.

If they are, the ruling might just be that those fed $$ come with strings attached and this is one of them.

If not I believe freedom of religion will hold and this portion of obamacare will be struck down.
