    Yeah, that EO issued by Obama with less three weeks to go has to be responsible for the Flynn leak, and they must have be spying on Flynn at that time. That order increased the amount of people with access to the intel seventeen-fold, and that's why all of these leaks are happening.

    Because of the time frame, I think Trump's Secret Service people during the campaign actually discovered this during one of their sweeps of Trump tower and later found out the DoJ was behind it all.
