Actually, this board is very charitable towards differing positions, heck, we even allo those such as holding to both RC and SDA theology post here, and that is FAR worse than reformed/calvinist theology!

Should have been here back around '03. We had a self proclaimed witch. She was actually pretty nice. I kind of miss her.

If you argue tough expect the flack!... You need to develop a thicker skin... We come on here and discuss doctrine and brethren have different views on how they understand different points of doctrine... Some see it different than others but I don't get offended because someone disagrees with what I post... Then again I don't fan the flames so to speak to get other brethren to see it as I do... Some agree with me and some don't... But I don't push it... I didn't come on here with an agenda... I came on here to listen, learn and discuss and interact with other believers... I believe that is why I have been here as long as I have my attitude of gratitude... I very seldom rock the boat, just relax and enjoy the journey... Brother Glen:)

As I have said, I don't mind the flack. My point is, just because someone reports a post because they did not like what I said, which was exposing problems with Calvinism, like John Piper's misuse of the Greek to prove his point, and the KJV Bible's not being honest with the Greek text, as they translated into English for Calvinistic purposes (Acts 2:47), about 5 posts were deleted! This is very bad practice for a so-called Christian site!
is Calvinism/reformed theology Christian?

sure, but there are some teachings that are not in agreement with the Bible, and therefore cannot be considered as Christian. The so-called doctrine of Limited Atonement for one, which goes under the Five Points of Calvinism, even though John Calvin himself did not believe this, which I consider a misuse of the term. Some don't like being shown they are in error, and will continue to argue for the sake of their theology, and not because they are Biblically correct.

How are you defining Limited Atonement though?
