Erika Kirk was on Glenn Beck this am. She mentioned hers husband book "Stop, in the Name of God: Why Honoring the Sabbath Will Transform Your Life,".
She went on to explain that Charlie observed the Sabbath on Sat, so that on Sunday he could devote to prepping for the upcoming week.

He actually stated that if h worked on saturday, Sunday would be his Sabbath
