Heard they fired a couple of these employees and suspended some of the others - don't they get it? They are in the customer service business, where the customer is always right, and the staff just can't go around picking fights with the customers over anything. You are supposed to treat someone wearing a MAGA cap the same as someone wearing a Che shirt, meaning to ignore both and make them happy so they return again.

And, no, tax increases are never ever a winning platform but neither are actions like this, uncontrolled anger will keep backfiring.

A woman could be facing charges after an irate confrontation at a Langley Tim Hortons Monday ended in feces being thrown at staff.

In the video, which has no sound, a woman can be seen screaming at staff before squatting on the floor and relieving herself. She then picks up the excrement and throws it at staff.

Yeah, that happened a couple of hundred miles north of here, in Canada. They wouldn't give her the restroom key, so she started acting like an animal in a zoo.

It doesn't just work one way, you have the right to refuse service to anyone unless it's a violation of some civil right - can't refuse to wait on someone because of their race, age, things like that. And being insane and/or on drugs is a valid reason to refuse service, she picked it up with her bare hands and made the whole place a bio hazard area, and endangered the real customers and the employees.
