Chicken Saltimbocca

There's not a forum specifically for food, so I'm placing it here unless/until the moderators move it.

It's seldom that I get excited about food, but my lovely bride of 28 years made something special for our anniversary - Chicken Saltimbocca with citrus flavored linguine. It was absolutely phenomenal.

I was trying to attach a photo but no matter what I did the formatting didn't work.

OK. I had to upload the photo to a third party site and use a link. My wife made this dish this past weekend. It was extraordinarily good. She served it with pesto linguine. I drool just looking at it.
