Chicken sandwiches are now hateful

This is stupid. If she hadn't mentioned it, folks would have eaten those sandwiches and not made a peep. The only person she was worried about offending is HER.

In some place in the state of Washington, forgot which, there's this real estate company who thought it would be nice to run an ad along patriotic lines.
They had their daughter open up the ad while reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.
It was rejected by CBS, on the grounds that reciting the Pledge is going to be offensive, if not itself being offensive, and a lot more yadayadayada which translates to political correctness.
I have NEVER IN MY 68 YEARS OF LIFE thought I would see the day when this once proud nation would be brought down to the level of the most idiotic idiocy by political correctness.

I avoid their sandwiches as I do not like them very much.

Has to do with taste, not philosophy or theology.

We all have different tastes, which is a great thing. I've eaten at Chik-Fil-A just once (franchise has not reached northern New England) and was well pleased. A recent issue of Consumer Reports covered a wide variety of fast food establishments, rating them by multiple taste testers in categories determined by their specialties - burgers, chicken, fish, pizza, etc. Now it's obvious than any fast food is well short of haute cuisine, but in the chicken category, Chik-Fil-A basically lapped the field. The Colonel finished at the bottom

Not once has he ever said a derogatory thing against homosexuals. Instead, he did stand for traditional marriage. That's it. If I remember correctly, he wasn't even against having a civil union for homosexuals that was similar to marriage in it's rights and benefits. Unbelievable how traditional-marriage-phobic these people are!

Amen!
