There's some really heterodox theology at worst and watered-down truth at best.
As for the nuns praying the Rosary, I imagine it would take the usual length of about 15 minutes to pray a normal 5-decade Rosary. You can also witness a Holy Mass and lots of great speakers and theologians, e.g. Father Corapi (check listings on their website).
