The only way I can see a violation of separation is if the two groups were erecting a cross and a Moslim symbol.* It's true they're engaged in explicitly Christian behavior though admittedly for different reasons. But isn't that similar to people who we know go to church because a relative pressures them... we wouldn't walk out on a such a person would we?

*No clue if such a thing even exists.

Do you not know that when Al Queda was in control of many neighborhoods that they harrassed and killed the small Christian minority?

Do you not think those Christians have been praying for peaceful relations so that they could worship free of persecution?

Do you not think God is able to "stir up the heart" of those who persecute His people?

My answer is yes to everything. That does not mean this erecting a cross together is done with peaceful intentions. Everyone not muslim either needs to convert or die...not try to live as one peacefully. That is true Islam.

Well, regardless of what the Koran says, local Muslims have lately been warning GIs of the location of bombs and ambushes so that those same GIs would not be killed or maimed. It is a good thing and nothing is impossible to the Lord.

I'd like to see an Old Testament example of Jews working to build their temple with those that bowed to Baal. Was their job to obey the strict rules for the temple, or were they to rationalize breaking his commandments because they thought they could help God out with his message ?

Ken's dishonest attempt to change the subject not withstanding, the laws for the temple may be null & void for this here church age. That's where I switch it to the New Testament.....any examples there ?

Praise God for Fundy Baptist discipleship.

The vast majority of Muslims want to live in peace with their fellow man just like the vast majority of Christians do.

It is really sickening to continually read Christians using such harsh language toward the vast majority of Muslims. I wish such Christians would learn to show the love of Christ Jesus in their lives. Their ugliness does not win souls to Christ.
