No. Christ is the Saviour (eg. Titus 2:13; 3:6). What does a Saviour do? He doesn't provide means of salvation and then wait to see what happens; He saves.

When God puts an individual into Christ after crediting their faith as righteousness, then they receive the washing of regeneration, the circumcision of Christ where their sin burden (what God has against them) is removed. They are thus justified, made perfect and righteous.

Why not provide a quote of what I said, rather than put words in my mouth. Because Jesus became the propitiation for the whole world, that means the whole world is under the New Covenant in His blood. Thus Christ's Substitutionary Sacrifice set all mankind under the New Covenant in His blood.

This is rather basic and obvious. Perhaps we should place a higher premium on bible study.

Would you agree with the Bible though on this that while Jesus death establisheda new way of god dealing with sinners, as now coming to him thru the Cross, under the new Covenant, that it applies ONLY to the redeemed of the Lord, and not all sinners?

When, as ambassadors of Christ we beg the lost to be reconciled to God, what is our message of reconciliation? You were saved or damned from all eternity for all eternity? Nope. You are unable to believe unless God bestows irresistible grace? Nope

Must we believe God raised Him from the dead? Yes
Must we love Him with all our heart? Yes
Must we believe He is God the Son? Yes
Must we believe He is the Anointed One, with the power to set us free from the penalty of sin. Yes
Must we trust in His sacrifice on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins? Yes

God is patient, not willing for anyone to be lost, but for all people to come to the knowledge of the Truth.
If our message of reconciliation does not proclaim the opportunity for salvation to all, our message is ... skewed.
