When I pastored in KY, the divorce rate in churches rose exponentially. Just what I saw at that time
Instead, I would start a family night dinner at church one night per week. Even pic nic style to promote family unity and church family time. It is a much better use of time and of families. You could even use the time for men to help lead/teach

Sometimes it can work the other way. I'd dated a young lady for nearly a year before we broke up. Over the next 6-8 months we each, separately, came to salvation. The next summer we providentially were assigned to the same team. By summer's end we were engaged and our marriage remains strong.
