What Joseph is saying, in a manner of speaking, is that if you talk the talk ,walk the walk. If you object to your tax cut, send in the money anyhow. There's no law against it.

I don't support the rebuilding of NO, but this is not my choice to make. I have to support it. You, on the other hand do have a choice to keep your tax cut. Please let me know when you have contacted your accountant and sent your tax cut back.
