Based on early voting, the first state can be called. Hillary Clinton wins Nevada.

After early voting from Friday was tallied Clinton led state wide by 45,000 votes, a 6% lead and right on the numbers for Dem voter registration. The Reps numbers were slightly below their voter registration numbers.

In Clark county (Las Vegas) Clinton had a 73,000 vote lead, higher than the 71,000 vote lead that Obama had in 2012 when he won the state by 7%.

The onslaught was led by Hispanics who have flooded voter registration stations to vote against Trump.

It will be interesting to see if Trump keeps his scheduled rally in Reno tonight.

I see he's cancelled his appearance in Wisconsin where he's losing to Clinton by 6 points. I would think he'd also cancel his Nevada appearance.

LOL! Counting votes before the votes are cast on election day. Talk about being desperate! Ever heard the old saying, "Don't count your chickens before they are hatched?" Well, don't count your votes before they are cast." ROFLOL!

Have the voting results actually been released - or is that based on the political party number of voters?

Math is hard.

As everyone knows, elections have never been called before all the votes are counted. For example, we've never known who has won a state until at least Wednesday morning after election day, sometimes not until Thursday. [/sarcasm]

No race is called until the polls in that state close.

It's bad news because it could mean that GOP Senate candidate Joe Heck will lose. We need him to win and take over Harry Reid's old seat.

I predict the news networks, including Fox News, will call Nevada for Hillary within 5 minutes of the polls closing there.

Look, Nevada Democrats have a great ground game and they can always manage to GOTV and Obama on there four years ago by over six points but Ralston wrote this. Ralston:

He's a big Trump hater and I get his point here - early voting by party shows that the Democrats have a big lead, bigger than in 2012 at this point - by about 5000 votes. So what? All that means is that the turnout on election day for Trump there has to be massive, but doable, and hope some of those early votes are former Bernie supporters voting for Gary Johnson or someone else.

So what? So Obama won Nevada by 6.7% in 2012. Hispanics are registering to vote in historic numbers. The Dems are up 5,000 votes over this same point in 2012. The Harry Reid/Hillary Clinton machine is formidable in Nevada. Fat lady is already singing in Nevada.

Not the first time Trump cancelled on Wisconsin, think he really dislikes Paul Ryan.

I liked this quote because it was a summary of my post - what Trump's mob has to do to beat the fat lady is to show up and vote 60-40 for him next Tuesday.

Even if he hates Ryan, he needs Wisconsin. I suspect it's the conflict with the Packers game. Trump's campaign is calling it a "scheduling conflict." Yeah, there's a Packers game on!

LOL, don't expect me to be able to explain Donald Trump's actions and motivations, that guy is spastic. You tell me why he's going to your neck of the woods tomorrow?:

WHAT??? Yeah yeah yeah, I know he gets exposure in Wisconsin by doing this as well, but this has got to be a head fake - no way he wins Minnesota, more likely he's prevail in Nevada and that would be like climbing Mt. Fuji or something. You going?

It's an airport tarmac stop, maybe half hour. For some reason he thinks the state of Eugene McCarthy, Hubert Humphrey, Walter Mondale, Paul Wellstone, and Al Franken is in play. He is mistaken.

They are in a different time zone....Nevada time....where the election happened yesterday. It happened where I live this morning (my state went to Trump). Now we're just waiting for everyone else to catch up. :D
