Just makes me wonder what would happen if twins conceived a kid.

Being they are of opposite sexes, they are fraternal twins. They both were from separate eggs and each egg was fertilized by a separate sperm. This means that the two twins are genetically equivalent to a brother and a sister not born on the same day. Twins are generally close to each other and you can often tell they are twins even if they are not identical. But with fraternal twins, that closeness the twins share that is stronger than the normal bond between brothers and sisters is due to other factors than just genetics. Said all that to say, a kid born to twins would not be genetically different from a kid born to a brother and sister who are close in age. But, there may be some psychological effect of due to the twin factor (closeness twins usually share.)
