Now these restrictions are easing I have been returning to shopping more and more. Am I the only one shocked to see how people go shopping these days?

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God. - Deuteronomy 22:5

Clothes to identify gender... I don't think that is a reality these days. If you have ever been to a US Walmart be prepared to see the strangest of things!

Are you trying to say that in the past 7 weeks, clothing styles have radically changed so much that you are personally shocked?

I don't think that's the case.

As for this man in WalMart - that's just par for the course. Because EVERYONE goes to WalMart - there is a higher percentage of mentally ill that you will see.

I remember when ladies went to town in dress and men went to town with long pants. In the old south....

1. Work hard Monday-Friday
2. Town on Saturday
3. Church on Sunday with family get togethers in the afternoon.
4. Back to church on Sunday night
5. They would like to see the men in jackets with shirt and tie

But women in pants? Anymore everyone goes to town in shorts. Here lately people have been coming to even church with shorts.

5 But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
6 For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels. - 1 Corinthians 11

The Apostle had guidelines for the angels sake. He would have liked to have the sex distinguished. Good luck these days!

If there is a Godly standard for dress which includes pants for women, then pants are alright. A Godly vision and standard for people is a good thing. To answer the question... Yes if it fits a Godly standard.... No if it does not. Even dresses can look ungodly if made to look so. And was there ever something such as a Godly looking Scottish kilt? I believe the motive for many is to measure the shock value of others as they defy some standard established by earlier generations.

Tough question! It was nice to see women in dresses and men in pants. But to call it wrong would put a lot of Christians in the wrong as a whole lot wear shorts in public.

It is not wrong for women to wear pants, especially when they have a feminine cut to them. It is not wrong for a man to were something like a skirt either, provided he is either a Scotsman or an ancient soldier re-enactor portraying a Roman legionnaire or some other person of that era.

Saint Augustine once said that man's extremity is God's opportunity. As far as I am concerned man's extremity is God's big headache.People are taking things to the extremes where what they are wearing is not right. If you had friends or family needing a ride to Walmart would you take them looking like this?

The pictures you posted are of people who are not purposely trying to "shock" others, so, no, they do not offend. Here in what is called "The Bible Belt" they would not go to town trying to shock others. I have seen store managers almost angrily throw people out of the store who tried. I myself miss the old southern way.
