Comey Violated The Hatch Act And Must Be Fired

For any non-troll, read the Hatch Act:

https://www.usda.gov/oig/webdocs/Hatch_Act.pdf

and tell me how Comey violated that - it says NOTHING about investigating a candidate, for example. And this may sound bad, but it's not some big crime to violate the Hatch Act - it is a governmental regulation, not some felony offense. And, again, why wait? Fire him NOW if you want to babble on about the Hatch Act, waiting until after the election is too late if Trump wins. besides the point if Clinton wins.
For those trolls who don't understand the difference between a law and what's not a law, go to law school.

He violated the act and should be fired.

Lol. The Dems never disappoint. Losing with every other tactic, they now look to prosecute.
And repubs never seem to know what they are saying.Prosecute for what?[emoji23] Just more proof that you don't know what you're talking about.

This isn't a law to waste time prosecuting.[emoji23] The statute sets a standard. He broke the standard. Fire him.

And there you have it. You are either voting for Hillary or you are a racist.

I really give you credit for being smarter than your reply indicates.

I am sure some racists will vote for Hillary, but not as many as will vote for Trump

He just cleared her AGAIN:

FIRE HIM FOR VIOLATING THE HATCH ACT NOW!!!!

did I sound as stupid?
You sound like what you are. Fire him still. He's STILL interfering. I don't care if someone in congress convinced him it would be in his best interest to do it now so that the October surprise looks less partisan, or whatever his reasoning. It could have waited as he's still charged her with nothing. So boo hoo to all you GOPers calling her crooked but refusing to call her opponent the rapist he is.

This just reinforces why there are guidelines in place to NOT do what he did. If he had done his due diligence and actually reviewed the emails, he would have seen that there was nothing there to charge anyone.

His announcing the additional emails and the"continued" investigation went against standard protocol.

The FBI generally doesn't tell you what it's doing and they certainly don't give press conferences and letters to Congress about something that doesn't exist.

Pure politics. Fire him.

Talk to her lawyer. Or maybe its in one of those emails that Hillary can't seem to find.

That is not a source. I assume you do not have one and are only posting your opinion.

Here is a more believable reason:

The lawyer who organized the event, Lisa Bloom, said Trump's accuser had received threats and was too frightened to show up.

Yes, of course. And a copy of the police report detailing these death threats? Copies of the emails? Recordings of the phone calls? Evidence?

I gave you a link. You gave us nothing. How about a link to justify your post?

One thing we know for sure about lawyers...
;)
They lie.

No they are politicians.
I must have missed the police reports, sworn to under penalty of perjury. Can you post that URL again?

It wasn't a police report. It was from her lawyer. Are police reports placed online for everyone to see? No they are not.

Police records thus are not part of the court system, and documents like arrest reports or crime/incident reports kept at police departments are not presumed to be open to the public as court records are. Thus almost no police investigative records are posted online.

She dropped all accusations. She was a no-show at a scheduled press conference after her lawyer discovered she was paid to make the false charges.

Like it's uncommon for women who have been assaulted by powerful men to drop their accusations, especially after receiving death threats to her and her family. One of the reason such women are remiss to come forward is because they feel like because these guys are rich and powerful, that nothing will be done or that they will be in danger.

The man is disgusting and rape case or not, y'all know that he and Epstein did exactly what she said they did. Just disgusting!
