Good morning all. Whats on the agenda for today? Me, I've got to work on this doll set, I am doing some real particulars and it's going to take twice as long. Plus I've got an order for 3 more bees on the old spools(the ones on my ebay now), and I have to make those this week for sure. Guess I need to get to work.
After my hot cocoa of course.

Morning Katie! Sounds like you have a busy day!

Have your hot chocolate first and grab a bagel!

Sheila, I think the hardest thing I had to learn about being on line was picture posting. Stick too it if I can learn it you can too.

Hi Barnabas! We've missed you. Enjoy your guests. We will keep the pot of Decaf on and you can just run in and grab a 'to go' cup while you are showing your visitors the sites. [IMG]

Brother Barnabas, that is a photo of a very popular coffee house where FollowingHim lives. It is her photo. She was having difficulty getting it to post.

Cheers,

Alright! Alright!! Alllllllllright! Blackbird is back! And he's fixin' to livin' things up around here! Where's all the action anyway??

Blackbird has been on a little mini-vacation! My wife's Granddaddy had his 90th birthday and we celebrated it--sorta a family reunion as well. We had a party for him at his home church--he's been a member there for 60 years. Both of Miriam's Grandparents are 90 and are still living and are still well!

While I was there--there was some farm work that needed catchin' up on---I moved hay out of the field and into the hay lot and did a lot of bushhoggin'---one does not know the stress that it takes off of Blackbird to get out and work with the tractor--astronomical amount of stress relief--

We attended church at my wife's home church--had a good time there--saw some folks we hadn't seen in over 5 years.

Well, I'll check back in later---

Good to be back--

Blackbird

Blackbird! Welcome Home. How's your weather? I was thinking of your family just minutes ago! Hope the storm bypasses you.

It rained on us on the way home from Birmingham through Tuscaloosa all the way to Jackson---makes the trip long and we have to be extra cautious--gettin' harder and harder to leave Alabama when we go! More than just a "Banjo on our knee!" We're homesick to be there!

My hubby is down near Mobile and called home from Montgomery around noon saying the weather was BAD. I'm glad you're safe! Hey... If you ever come back to Birmingham, let me know. We'll drive over and meet in person. We're just across the Alabama/ Georgia line.

Hey Blackbird! Welcome back! Glad you got rid of some of your stress and had a good time too. We missed you! We carry a full line of homemade bakery items now...We even have table service; but the first one coming in the morning has to put the coffee on!

I found something that might help you out on the folks farm...

Hi Diane: Have a cup of tea, put your feet up and relax. How are you doing today?

17. Hi everyone!
I just got home from work, and I am tired. LOL Just ate supper too. [IMG] Now I am drinking a cup of coffee. LOL I just want to forget about work tonight. LOL
I just got a new book written by Franklin Graham...it's FREE. He and his Dad, Billy, presents new books on the Billy Graham Evangelisim Association site (here's the URL: http://www.billygraham.org ) and the Samaritan's Purse from Franklin Graham (see in URL: http://www.samaritanspurse.org/home.asp ). If you would like free copies of books every month for YOURSELF to read (they delete requests for third parties - this is a ahead warning for you all), go to both of these sites. [IMG] They are all yours to keep. [IMG]
I also got some open-captioned videos I requested from Captioned Media Program. This program is so neat...and they have lots of classics which I just love. <smile> Remember me telling you guys about "Gone with the WInd" and the first "Little Shop of Horrors"? This is the program that has these movies that I've borrowed from them. [IMG] Now I rented the Disney's "Miracle Worker" (I already have a personal copy of the original with Patty Duke and Anne Bancroft), and "To Kill a Mockingbird". I have seen "To Kill a Mockingbird" in H.S. but it wasn't closed-captioned in my English Literature class, so I missed out the dialogue, so this will be my first time to understand it all. <smile>
My Singles class in Sunday School wanted me to do their website for them since they said I did a great job on mine...so I am planning to help out with their Singles website for our church. <smile> I think that will be a great opportunity for me. [IMG]
Well, better go...talk to you all later. [IMG]

Nancy, welcome indeed to the Coffee Shop and also to the BB! Thanks for the two links on the Graham sites. However, could you go back to your post and edit the first link? It needs to have space between the ending of the first link and the parenthesis. Otherwise it does not open. [IMG]

Jim, you have to teach me how to reduce those oversized pictures. [IMG]

I Am Blessed 16, you are a gracious prorietor! Just be sure you keep the sodas cool and the coffee hot... [IMG]

For reducing photos......oh......I use my Harry Potter "magic" wand....... [IMG]

I wonder why baptists aren't smaller after being dunked in the water......everything I own has shrunk when it got wet......
