    Good Morning Everybody,

It is 52 here and sunny, headed for a high of 74.

One of these days I'll get here early enough so Sue can have breakfast too.

Today is doctor's appointments, and some other running around to do. My wife is doing well, but still suffers from headaches, and ocassionally her leg still gives out on her; but she can still complain about it so she's ahead of the game.

I brought in Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage Gravy & Biscuits, Sausage, and Bacon. Enjoy.

Gotta run.....uhhh I mean waddle.

Who was that handsome guy in the bowtie that was in here earlier? Isn't it funny how Dr. Bob never ages?

Hey everyone! I have a few minutes - before I go to the barn to exercise Whirl so he doesn't kill me when I go to ride tomorrow. I had a meeting at church this morning and after longing Whirl, I'll come home, do some cleaning and then pick up the teens. I'm making baked ziti for dinner tonight - we have NO baseball practice tonight so we have TIME!! How wonderful! I may take my 14 year old out because she needs ...... ummmmm..... undergarments. ;) This is a busy summer with both teens away for 2 weeks at a time twice, so they need enough stuff to get through that amount of time. I'll get her some undergarments and shorts - possibly some t-shirts too - we'll see. I'll do this for my 17 year old when she gets her room clean. ;)

Has anyone heard from Helen? She's been MIA for a few weeks now and I miss her! I PMed her but haven't heard back yet. :(

I'm just getting back into the swing after a self-imposed exile since January. Good to get perspective and keep me from turning into Mr Hyde.

40F rght now in Casper and forecast 8-12 inches of snow (above 7k on the mountain/parks, etc). Nasty little spring storm and will try to pass on the "kewl" to the East.

I have a wedding on th mountain on Saturday and was thinking lovely green grass, not snow!! :praying:

Good to see you back, Dr. B!

    Good morning all,

We are in for very windy conditions until around 10:00 tonight. It is already 74º, so it's gonna be another hot, humid day - but better than snow! Thunderstorms are to arrive tonight.

No more ladders or scaffolds for me. Someone else is going to have to finish the sun porch. The arthritis in my hands is acting up from doing so much hammering too.

Today, I will do 'wifely' things, such as laundry, dusting, vacuuming, etc. Then I will drive out of town (since our Wal-Mart Super Center no longer has a sewing department) and buy material to make new curtains for the sun porch.

I'd best get going so I don't have to run the AC in the car with the price of gasoline! I think I'll go buy the material first, while it isn't so hot, then come back and do the work around the house.

    HAGD!

    Good morning all,
It is 75 here and supposed to get to 91 with wind and some clouds. Sounds like a typical spring day! I can't stay long I woke up this morning and realized all the things that have to get done before I leave for camp on Monday morning! Yikes-I am tired just thinking about it. I was going to go to town and run some errands after taking neice and nephew to swimming lessons but I am thinking not! I had better go, y'all have a blessed day.

And back at you. Was in Rockford, sweltering in heat/humidity last week and had to think how CRAZY people are to live there.

Sky has cleared and the mountain is white. Got 7" up there (where my Saturday wedding is) so will be a mess.

And flashing on the screen is a "hard freeze" warning. We will be down to 28F overnight, so the tomato plants will get the Hefty treatment!

I have to agree with you. I've been dripping all day and watching the tornado warnings.

You should have met 'Bible Believing Bill'. He, and his wife Jeanne, live in Rockford and he was just ordained as a deacon last month.

Wisconsin is getting buffeted with tornadoes right now and it's heading our way.

Just finished supper and am going to sit by the fan and relax.

If you think about me, say a prayer for me. I'm having another cancer removed from my face tomorrow morning and won't know if it's malignant or not until the lab sends back the results.

Have a pleasant evening all and if I don't get back here tonight...Pleasant dreams!

with the induction being on the 21st...i'll get home on the 23rd. i think that is a wonderful reason to have a "just us" Christmas:thumbs:

and i have all of the things we will be giving the children except one thing each....they get 3 things each. one from dad, one from mom & one that they ask for ;)

Sue - I'm praying that you get good results and have fast healing from your surgery today.

I'm up at church putting together the Sunday service - well, I'm checking my e-mails first and dealing with them. I'll be here until this afternoon - then my 6 year old has a baseball game. Should be great in 90 degree weather! ;)

    Hello all.
Warm and sunny in Philly, gonna be the first REAL scorcher of the year. I wish I was working at my daughter's school. She teaches at a Christian elementary school and they are having a play day today, the highlight of which will be a water pistol fight between students and teachers. She got one of those "super soakers" for the occaision.

Would you have liked to get a teacher with a water gun when you were a kid?

    Good Afternoon Everybody,

It is 80 and overcast here with thunderstorms forecast for this afternoon and evening.

Sue: You're always in my prayers, today I'm praying for a successful result to the surgery, and a quick painless recovery for you. :praying:

Not much going on here. Our daughter and grandson left for Columbia, SC this morning. They'll be gone for two weeks. The remaining grandkids go to their Dad's this weekend, so it'll just be Brenda and I home this weekend.

I brought in Uptown BBQ Sandwiches, Cole Slaw, and Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. Enjoy.

Time to go out and check the garden.

Thanks everyone for all the prayers!

I just got back from the doctors. Instead of removing one 'spot' on my right cheekbone, he removed two from there and one from my left temple.

The two on the right, he is not too concerned about, but the one on the left, he is pretty sure is malignant. I will get the biopsy report back late next week. Please keep me in your prayers.

I'm going to lay down for a bit.

Thanks again! I knew I could count on my CH family!
