Good morning everyone (for 3 more minutes and then it's afternoon).

Got our flu shots. My boys were a hit! All the old guys wanted to 'chat' with Nick and all the old ladies wanted to know all about Jack.

Would you believe Jack slept 12 hours and 20 minutes last night? He's never slept more than 10 hours at home. I think we're a lot more quiet and the sun hits our house later in the morning. PLUS... he drinks and eats very well for me. I'm not 'rushed' ... and he finishes everything I give him. Maybe he's not as hungry in the morning??

So, His mom and dad return tomorrow morning so I'd might as well dump the kitchen garbage can in my formal living room and tear up all the beds... BOY are they messy! LOL

    Hi all!

I've been out raking and leaf blowing and am going BACK out as soon as I post this.

I learned that I can burn my leaves in a "small" pile (yeah right)if the fire is 50 feet from any building. I might miss it by a foot or so, didn't measure.

Anyway, if the police get called, ya'll be ready to bail me out, I will not get to pass go, I will not collect a paycheck.

    The jailbird, leaf burning, Granny!

Couldn't burn leaves here today, the wind is blowing 90 miles an hour. Oops, I exaggerated. Perhaps 25-30 mph.

I am allergic to burning leaves. Really stops me up and I can't breathe. When I lived near a lake, people would burn the leaves and I would have to leave home for the day and hope that my home was still standing when I returned. It was againist the law, but they did it any way.

Sue, this doesn't bother you with your breathing problems?

HI Sheila, it's almost supper time here in Georgia! Sue is probably just coming in from her afternoon at work, too. Dr. Bob is finishing lunch, etc....

Did you have a lovely day? I took a nap while the baby slept. His parents will be back sometime tomorrow and then leave about 5:00 a.m. on Sunday!

Sister Sue, I beg to differ with you, I will make time to post daily. I hope your day has been good to you as it has for me. I went to the call at the Office this morning and I handled today's problems in 30 minutes. So, I guess thats why the Boss put me in charge. Pretty good huh.. [IMG] But I am still at work from home. I will chat with you later and I hope everybody's day is a bright one. God bless [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I've been busy today rearranging my art room. I have another lady coming to paint next week and I am trying to make it comfortable for her, along with the others.

I also had to bathe my dog today. He is not supposed to smell like a dog, but he did.

It was winter this morning and springtime, that afternoon. I am watching the children play and ride bikes.

In for 10 minutes to check email (372 since this morning) + pm's on this board. Oh my.

Going to go SHOPPING tonight. Red Lobster, then Wally World. What you save at one, you spend at the other.

Still no news on the grandbaby front/side/bottom. Daughter is due "any day now" and we thought we'd get the call to COME ON DOWN. Signs are right. Time is full. Mucous plug is out and that is a sign labour is soon . . . but we wait and look expectantly

Now I know what the rapture will feel like. Just don't know when/where/how but we'll get that call to COME ON UP

Man, feel a SERMON COMING ON . . . Doing a funeral in the morning and may just use this. [IMG]

Thankful, Hi it is good to have you around, I was getting bored with me [IMG] I need to bath Leo too. He looks totally different when he is wet. So tiny and forlorn :( [IMG]

Dr. Bob...please keep us posted. Can't be too much longer before "action stations". [IMG]

    Blessings

    Sheila

Dr. Bob, 372 emails is much more than I get. Of course, I've loaded a lot of 'phrases' into my Create Rule/ Delete file so no one from here should ever send me an important message about generic viagra or home loans or I'll never get it but the FTC will! LOL... I still get close to 100 messages a day!

Betty, do you teach art classes? If not, you should! My mother shows talent but has never completed anything she's begun.

Sheila must be sleeping by now! Sue's probably cooking and son and his wife decided not to stay for the breakfast prayer meeting tomorrow and are coming back tonight. I sort of expected them to do that so no surprise. I don't know how they were able to leave the baby for one night, let alone 3!!
