Of course, Sheila, I was just jesting. Now, how could anyone be offended by you?

Dr. Bob's daughter prolly lives in a state of confusion, not to mention the cause of this state, the which, we could not remedy if we tried, which, of course, would of necessity, be very trying.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Sheila, I just heard the news that Tony Blair was admitted to hospital to-day. Is that so?

    Cheers,

    Jim

Jim and Sheila....it is NO one! My goodness. This coffee house used to be changed every week, now it gets changed about every 4 days.

The new one just started Friday night, this is Sunday afternoon and we are almost 1/2 way to another one!

This time of the year is busy also. I know I have been working in the yard quite a bit trying to winterize. I have also been crocheting for Christmas. It will be busy until January around here!

Also, since I became a mod, I have to check other forums more often than I used to. It all adds up to a little less time lounging in the Coffee House. :(

We are doing fine! [IMG] [IMG]

    Strange thing
for the glue that holds it all together
    to be saying

I mean this is the place where bickering
is less likely than all others. [IMG]

As I said to Sheila, I was just jesting, of course. I luv to tickle the fancies of some, and as wifey says, if anyone takes me seriously at times they are themselves a mental case and in great need of my presence..... [IMG]

If one looks at the whole Board, they will see that all areas stop off at times.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Sorry, have had a panic with Leo this evening. He has been coughing a lot with some vomiting, and I was on verge of phoning the vet but he seems ok now.

Will maybe be back later on

    Blessings

    Sheila

Yesterday was the first anniversary of Cassies death. I was begining to think I would end up back at the same animal hospital with Leo.

Sue, thank you. Leo seems fine now. He has settled himself down on the bed for the night [IMG]

How is your eye? Are you managing without a patch?

    Blessings

Skirting through this thread.......... Tony Blair in hospital ......... Leo is sick - vet nearly called ......
Tony Blairs` son is called Leo(I think) and if he heard that the vet was being called out to treat his son - no wonder he was in hospital with palpitations
TB in and out of hospital today - just heard on the News.

Hi Gwyneth! We miss you popping in here all the time! :( Don't be such a stranger!

Sheila: Glad to hear Leo is all right.

I had to take the patch off a little while ago. I was watching a movie and starting crying.

Anyway, I couldn't wear a patch full of tears. It felt so good to have it off, I am going to leave it off. It is burning some now, but I still don't want to put the patch on again.

LOL Gwyneth! I stay so confused that I could probably FIND the state of Confusion on the map! LOL

Wow..... I slept 4 hours this afternoon! Had a meeting at church tonight and slept right through til 7:00 and had to run up just for that! Thankfully the fella in charge has just been keeping their 11 month old grandchild and laughed and understood!

How's everyone this beautiful Lord's day?

BTW, did I mention that I passed my final test?

After being told by the neurologist that all nerves in my feet were dead (and they are) his diagnosis was "wheel chair" and then morphine drip to try to dull the continual pain. Medical marijuana works (I'm told) but not legal in Wyoming. Since July I've been going to therapy . . and FIGHTING.

Anodyne lights to open blood flow and hours of balance and walking work, much of it blindfolded (so that my inner ears and feet-without-nerves get into sinc) and all of it painful.

Friday I was given the "final" to see if I would function normally for 40-year old male. AND I DID! Was able to balance on one foot for 30-seconds, walk a balance beam, do all sorts of balance with blindfold, etc. Passed at the 80-year old level 4 weeks ago, but had no problem with function on Friday.

So I can walk. Don't need a cane, although should keep it for stumble protection. Of course, still daily pain, sometimes more than I can bear. But no wheelchair.

Didn't think of sharing, but know many pray for healing and when God does it, He should get the glory. No telling about tomorrow - with my diagnosis I'm not out planning the Boston Marathon - but giving God praise!

Great news Dr.B! PTL! It is hard to learn how to walk all over again when you're an adult. My daughter had to do it when she lost her leg.

Diane; NO MORE 4 hour naps! We missed you too much! :D

I am going to bed and rest my eye. It is starting to hurt and rather than take a pain pill, I will just try to go to sleep.

    Pleasant dreams all!'
