Naturally . . . I'm a writer. A romantic. I feel deeply.

Classic literary example is Dorothy L. Sayers' character Lord Peter Wimsey. He's a private dective--also a romantic. A lot of people think he's just weird and rediculous.

But it's a wall we put up around ourselves. We learn to protect ourselves from showing how much things effect us. At least we try. We aren't always very good at it. My goofy side comes out online mostly, and with people I know very well.

Margo, do you mean he's a private detective? And do you mean a lot of people think he's ridiculous? LOL ;) (Sorry, it's the English minor in me...I promise!)

I'm not usually the "shy" type for some odd reason. I used to be, worrying a lot about what people thought about me. But, I had to overcome that quickly in the ministry.

Well, you misunderstand me. I am the shy type. Not very outgoing at all in person. Usually listening and just taking things in . . . daydreaming, wishing, etc.

And yes I mean 'private detective' and 'ridiculous.' Don't worry, I was an English minor as well. The word ridiculous has long annoyed me . . . for some reason I can't seem to spell it right even though I know how it's spelled.
