Sounds like a plan to me, I am WHIPPED! I thought I'd be ok with how I planned my classes, but I can't handle it physically at all. It took me about 30 minutes to remember being IN one of them to day, there was an hour missing in there that just wasn't coming back to me.

And dip that I am, I just hung up on someone from the bookstore. LOL Earlier today we had a conversation, and she called me to tell me a book was in. I forgot that I was talking to her live and thought it was a recording, or SOMETHING, she finished her sentence and I hung up. CLICK Oh well, I'll explain tomorrow when I'm there if she wonders!

Morning all:

Woah...seems like it's going to be a long day already. I've been up since 1:30 am and have already done a bunch of checking on things for Vivian. She went back to work yesterday and found that it was only her and one other person on their line yesterday. Everyone else from their line was either out sick or on vacation. It made for an interesting day.

I am going to try and clean some of the garage up today so that we can get the Sonata in. We are supposed to be getting some severe storms in the next couple of days. The van can set out in the rain and hail.

Hope you all have a great day.

Good morning all,

I had a short night too, Tony. Shawna went to the ER to get a shot for another headache. She has been suffering with them terribly and can't get rid of them. They did a CAT Scan on her early this morning, but I haven't heard anything yet.

I am fixing 'boiled' omelets, hash browns, OJ, milk, coffee and toast for Pastor Bob and Steph this morning for breakfast. They will be heading back to Kansas before noon.

It is storming here right now. The temp isn't too bad, but the thunder, lightning, wind and rain are bad. We're supposed to get large hail also.

I will check in after everyone leaves.

Time for coffee,

Good Morning Everyone!

Have fun in Pheonix, Bitsy!

Haven't checked the weather man today, but it is beautiful outside today. Too bad I get to spend most of it sitting in the doctor's office! Gotta take Chris and Cass back in. I think I see just a bit of improvement in Chris. He'll at least talk now and even says something other than "I feel bad". Cass on the other hand, isn't moving or talking. Won't talk to her friend on the phone either. You know they're sick when they won't talk on the phone!

My Bitsy seems to have escaped all this. When I asked her, Friday afternoon, how come she felt so much better after complaining all day about being sick she told me, "I started feeling better right at 2:50 and it was just too late to go to school cause I'd only be there for like a minute and then it would be time to go!" Methinks what she had Friday was an attention problem. (she wasn't gettin' enough, awwww!)

Well time to start heading for the doc's office....

Good morning!

Well, we are safely here. It was a bit chilly when on the ground in Phoenix. We are 3 hours behind, so we had a light dinner at 1am our time. And I just crawled out of bet at 11 a.m. our time. :D Feels kindof funny.

MK -- I'm sorry your family is still sick :( (except for Bitsy of course)

Oh Gina! I've got every confidence that you will get into the swing of this quarter!

I'll catch you guys later. My plans for the big weekend away are to work on the course I'm designing for my class while Ron works the the convention!

Golfing would be fun -- but we had enough convention stuff to bring without lugging clubs too. I'll admit it was tough last night as we saw sets after sets of clubs coming down the luggage shoot.

You will just have to settle for goofing then! Then, I always thought they were one and the same.

Cheers,

Jim

Evening folks,

Today was good day, but a busy, busy day. It started out with 6 for breakfast, then went to 11 for lunch, then back down to 5 for supper!

Saturday, two of my granddaughters will be here over spring break. Michelle - 9 and Cassie - 7 (Brent's sisters).

Everyone just left and I'm ready for bed.

Pleasant dreams all!

Hi all,

I forgot to check in this morning! <sigh>

It is a beautiful, sunny day here so far. It is 70º.

Brent finished his school work and we are going to go running. It's just too nice to stay in the house and work. <yuck>

I will check in later this evening.

I apologize for not checking in but my Mother-in-Law had emergency surgery yesterday, and we spent the day and all night at the hospital.

She came thru the surgery just fine, but is now in quite a bit of pain and facing a slow recovery.

My Mother-in-Law is 75 and has been thru more medical problems in the last 90 days then I've had in my whole 53 years.

We're going back to the hospital to see her.

Has anybody heard from Tony? I read about the Tornados and their damage in Tennessee and was wondering if he and Viv are okay.

Rob: Praying for a quick recovery for your MIL.

Tony hasn't checked in yet today. I just tried calling him to see if he and Viv are all right, but no one answered.

Donna had some windows broken and some damage to their car, but they are all safe.

Good morning all,

We had very high winds last night, but no damage that I can tell. We did have some roads flooded, which was kind of rare after the severe drought last year.

We just had western omelets, hash browns, toast, milk and coffee for brunch. Dale works until 10:00 on Saturday, so I always fix a large meal for 'brunch'. Then I don't cook again until supper.

There are several Easter movies on the Hallmark channel today. We are watching one now. I don't know who made it, but I have to keep telling Brent when something isn't Scriptural.

Good Morning Everyone!

Our weather event turned out to not be all that bad. The counties just north and west of us got pounded though. A couple of storms just sat on top of them. The best we got was a couple of minutes of hail and a good drenching. MIL got wind along with her rain and says she has lots of little limbs all over her yard.

I hope Tony checks in soon, cause I know from our news coverage that it was worse up toward them. I'm glad to hear that Donna is okay.

We all is feeling down and tired today. Cass and Chris are back to feeling bad. I hope the blood work the doc did Thursday, gives us some clue as to what's going on. Doc was of the opinion that even Chris' mono should be well enough for him to pretty much normal and was puzzled to find them still so tired. Mine and T's problem is that we stayed up until the storms hit at 1 am this morning. We gotta get moving though, company's coming for Easter and I'm not through with spring cleaning, in or out!

Ya'll have a good day, I'll see you when I can.

I finally got ahold of Tony and Viv and they are both fine.

The shed on the property behind them lost a roof, but they didn't have any damage.

Back to the Easter movies.

CYAL,

The coffeehouse is slowing down! Maybe we should broaden the selections, adding some health foods.

My day has been nice, although I stepped directly into a pile of horse doody. It really wasn't as awful as you'd think it would be. I was walking and I thought "hmmm, the sod there is awfully springy!" And I tried to keep thinking that as I walked out of the stall, then I finally decided to face the facts and look down at my shoe.
BLICK!

We are out of milk, and I should pick up bread, but who wants to go look at groceries and think of food after THAT?

I hope everyone had a beautiful Sunday.
