In my opinion, it is people like these who are more dangerous to the U.S. than any Islamic terrorists!

If it were a just war, then I would agree. Since war has never been officially declared, and we are not truly AT war, then there is no compelling reason to silence the opposition.poncho said:Anyone here agree with Beck and the other talking head neocon cheerleaders on this? Just curious.
KenH said:These United States were founded on a lot of liberal values, Timmy. You might want to read the Bill of Rights some time.

Or, you could work on your spelling skills, you know you being a pastor and all. Seems like communication skills which a preacher needs are sorely laking in your instance. What college did you graduate from that didn't teach you basic English skills?

KenH said:1) You are incorrect, cmg. Ron Paul is a non-interventionist. Ron Paul believes in trading and having diplomatic relations with the rest of the world. George W. Bush is an isolationist. These United States have never been as isolated diplomatically in their history as they have been during his presidency.
2) You are incorrect, cmg. His supporters who put the idea together independent of campaign headquarters used the term "money bomb".
3) You are incorrect, cmg. Ron Paul will be running for re-election to his Congressional seat.
KenH said:Whoa nothing. The Tories were the conservatives of their day, cmg. Liberalism is not the evil that conservatives paint it to be. If it were not for liberal values we would be living in a dictatorship today. The very concept of representative government is a liberal idea.
church mouse guy said:We have been using the military overseas since Thomas Jefferson at least
church mouse guy said:Ron Paul, as David Horowitz points out, sounds just like a communist or socialist.
KenH said:Did Horowitz say that? If he did, then he has no idea what he is talking about and should stay off of political and news shows.
How can wanting the government to stay off of your property and out of your wallet be communistic or socialistic.
Horowitz's statement, if you have quoted him accurately, is totally nonsensical.
church mouse guy said:Today's liberals are not like classic liberals and you know it.
church mouse guy said:Here is a Jew raised in a communist home who turned conservative and rejected the communist party. One should applaud his intellectual journey and commend his work against the left in this country.
WHAAAT? Do you really know anything of Horowitzs "intelectual " journey?
Same ideology, different face on it is all....really you should not say something so absurd, although you do have the right ....
I don't think that it is necessary to use the military against the anti-war crowd.
Gee Thanks!
They do not have a very intellectual case to present and the overwhelming majority of Americans are loyal to the government.
Boy I guess we can sleep easy tonight cause so many people are loyal to corruption in government ,and anyone who says anything contrary is labeled"liberal".
So far laughter has been a good weapon against Ron Paul. This campaign is clearly his last hurrah and it does not have much longer to go.
I think you might be wrong, real americans are fed up with a government that is treating the constitution like a rag, while surrendering our sovereignty .
It would be nice if Ron Paul left the GOP.
