If you can show someone other than Obama Sr was Berry's daddy, that persons citizenship could be examined.
Until such time, Berry did not fulfill the qualification of being a Natural born citizen, since that requires a child to be born OF two US citizen parents.
The exception was when the country was first formed and some of the first several Presidents had foreign born parents.
It really doesn't matter if Barry was born on the moon, to be a Natural born citizen, both of his parents were required to be US citizens, at the time of the childs birth. And that is not the case with Barry....the har har Constitutional Lawyer.[/QUOTE]
Not true.
From: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural-born-citizen_clause#Chester_A._Arthur
Every president to date was either a citizen at the adoption of the Constitution in 1789 or born in the United States; of those in the latter group, every president except three (Andrew Jackson, Chester A. Arthur, Barack Obama) had two U.S.-citizen parents. Further, five additional U.S. Presidents had one or both of his parents not born on U.S. soil (Andrew Jackson, James Buchanan, Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover and Donald Trump).[4][5]
