Well, for example, you said your brother would have died if it were not for Obamacare, but then you said a doctor gave him a free 6-1/2 surgery, which was unrelated to Obamacare; so I don't know any other way to understand it than it was not as you first presented it. Feel free to explain it, but your presentation is certainly confusing.
