We walk in under his terms or we don't walk in at allOriginally posted by Frogman:

I agree, Brother. His terms are according to His Sovereign Will, by His Sovereign Grace. If not by His terms, then we, whether openly claim it or not, expect Him to submit to ourselves.
The only smoke screen is thrown up when we begin to entertain that we can "walk" into God's house though we are dead in trespasses and sins.
Read again John 5.40: This is what Jesus said.
God Bless.
Bro. Dallas</font>[/QUOTE]Even tho we are made alive by christ, we still do not walk in, the gospel, repentance, justification, sanctification, all preceed entrance into the kingdom. Preceeding the salvific process, we will not come. So God draws us. You believe that the drawing is salvific, I do not. You believe that the drawing is irresistible, I do not. You believe in two graces, I do not.
Christ told paul, "My Grace is sufficient for you". Not my irresistible grace, my grace.. Irresistible grace is never mentioned in scripture, only grace. Irristible grace is the product of, if this is, then this must be. Yet Grace is specifically mentioned in the bible a hundred times, to none for irresistible grace.
If god did not find it worth mentioning, neither will I...
