What has become of our nation; our society; and the young people who will one day run this nation? It is sad!

There is a lot of controversy surrounding his murder case, many people think he was set up.

I definitely don't approve of his selection to give the commencement address, but it's a private college and they can do whatever they want. Since he's in prison I suppose they will set a tape recorder on the podium and play his pre-recorded address. I would hope that years from now this particular senior class will realize they were stupid to have him "speak".

Given a chance, he would probably kill all those rich white bleeding heart female students and their parents without giving it a second thought.

It's really amazing how fascinated some women are with convicts. It's even fairly common for female correctional officers to have sex with them, or go with them when they are paroled. Beats me why.

Reminds me of a woman who became enamored of a repeat offender while he was in prison. When it was time for his parole, she wanted him to marry her.
He agreed, on the condition she buy him a Harley...and he get "access" to her daughters, age 12 and 13. She agreed!

Months later he is back in prison for 45 years for using that "access". She is in prison for 15 years. Like I said, beats me. Also beats me why she got a shorter sentence.

People who haven't been around some of the scumbags in prison, think they're just "normal" people who got a bad break. That may be true in a tiny percentage of the cases. But most of them richly deserve to be incarcerated. And very few of them have an epiphany while inside, and most of them only "get religion" to impress the parole board.

Let's assume you are right .... would you agree that he should visit the widow [if she'd allow it] and share his conversion and apologize for his actions involving her husband?

That might change my mind as to his being allowed to speak at the commencement!
