So why are you allowed to photocopy books at the library?
Depends - on what the copyright statement says
For example - "you may copy no more than 3 pages"
I have seen in Bibles - "No more than 30 verses provided it is not more
than 1/2 of a chapter" or other such printed restrictions.
Or it could be that the library is not enforcing the copyright law.
You know - you are going 3 mph over the speed limit - but
the cop lets you go on.
How is it any different?
