Cornelius’ Conversion

The "good works" did not save him but they were "acceptable" to the Lord Who sent Peter with the Gospel for their salvation
I don't think it was just the gifts, but the prayers of Cornelius and his kindness to others these are the fulfilment of what Christ taught us all to do. To simply to Love others

Matt. 19:25-26

You are quoting Jesus Christ when His disciples asked Him, “who then can be saved?”

Jesus said, “with men this is impossible, with God all things are possible”

This quote demonstrates the opposite of what you claim.

I am hopeful you can to be swayed by understanding scripture in context.

peace to you

What a really sad understanding of scripture. What you think is true just isn't there. You seem to see only what you wish is true.

Hebrews 6:13-20, ". . . For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil; Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. . . ."

Of course. Yet, synergism teaches that man must cooperate. Free will ya know...
There is no love of God with out the willingness to do so. . As a sinner Calvinist believe God is required to save them because they think they are elect or chosen for Salvation. They don't have to believe to be saved They don't have to confess there sins to be saved. Why they are saved just because they think God respects them because they claim to be elect . Which does not agree with scripture.. There are no elect Gentiles

Again, you fail to understand ability versus inability when talking about the will.
Notice what God says:
So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. By this is love perfected with us, so that we may have confidence for the day of judgment, because as he is so also are we in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. We love because he first loved us.
