It appears Jesus changed His mind on another occasion when He disagreed with Mary at the wedding feast in Cana (John 2:4). On that occasion He told her the same thing He told His brothers about going to the feast: "My time has not yet come." But then He fulfilled her request despite His initial reluctance. Again, it is very clear in Mark chapter 8 that Jesus changed His mind about passing by the disciples in the boat as He walked on the sea. There's nothing wrong with that.

Oh yes, "Changing one's mind is something humans do,..." and you think that the Word made flesh - the Word is the Most High God - "was fully human", reason by which you say to believe He changed His mind, as whether He is like you or like ALL men? JESUS was/is the only One, in ALL generations, who was not born from the Devil, understand? This explains why man needs to be born again, that is to be born of water-the Word of God- and of the Spirit, as said JESUS: John 3:v.5-6 - Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

That is the point of this thread. Did Jesus have the ability to sin or not? Everyone agrees with Scripture that He DID NOT sin; there is no question that Jesus lived a sinless life.

The question is whether Jesus could have chosen to sin in His humanity. In my view the temptation by Satan in the wilderness is not real (and Hebrews 4:15 makes no sense) unless it was possible for Jesus to yield. If Jesus did not have the ability to either choose to fulfill the will of the Father or to fulfill His own will, as we do, then how is He tested like we are? Hebrews 2:7 says Jesus "had to be made like His brothers in every way."

Scripture says "the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked" (1 John 2:6). If Jesus walked in the power of His deity and sin was impossible for Him, how are you and I going to "walk in the same manner as He walked"? We are not "fully God" as He was.

Mary did not REQUEST from JESUS anything, what you are saying is not true, it is a satanic lie, for he is the father of lie, she only INFORMED, yeah, INFORMED, Him saying: They have no wine". The only REQUEST of Mary was unto the SERVANTS, saying to them: Whatsoever He saith unto you, do it.

Ah so you tore the leaves of the Bible, that is, Matthew 4: v.1 to 11, and Luke 4: v.1 to 13, and Mark 1: v.12-13, which testify of the temptation of JESUS in the wilderness, for you is not real, so for you Scripture is false then, and you also deny the veracity of "Hebrews 4:v.15 that makes no sense" for you, "unless it was possible for Jesus to yield".
