Could the U.N. Reverse U.S. Right to Own/Bear Arms?

After reading the attached link, what are your opinions/views? Could Obama use the U.N. to do what he and Congress failed to do a few months earlier?

I know people in rural sections with hundreds of guns, in many isolated areas. There are those who would die to defend this right under our Constitution. I certainly hope it is never tried.
