It sure does seem so. Honestly, I don't expect it from Rocko, he's usually one of the more saner posters.

Brother Curtis can't post those links because he can't find something that has not happened: public figures calling Ann Coulter slanderous names in a public forum.
As far as anonymous posters calling her or other public figures names on a message, board consider the source. If my opinion matters to you, then yes I do denounce those who call Rush "pig" or Ms. Coulter "whore". I can't really see where those terms belong in political debate.

Brother Curtis, I apologize if it seems I'm picking on you specifically in the postings. Looking back on them I see where I may have given that impression and I sincerely apologize. The problem with message boards is that tone can come across harsher in print than in spoken words sometimes. I'll try to be more careful in the future.Bro. Curtis said:Never said they did. This is your dream, and your's only. I don't know where it came from.
But, I say public figure has nothing to do with it. She has as much right to speak as M.P.
Thank you. Your opinion does matter. So you can see the hypocrisy. Next time, maybe it'll be you that holds MP's feet to the fire.

I know you didn't specifically say a public figure had made those comments about Coulter. My point was that no one could link those type things being said about Coulter by public figures. MP isn't a public figure and his comments won't be on WORLD NEWS TONIGHT or on youtube in the morning. There are just some things that public figures shouldn't say in public without expecting to be called on it.
Also I don't think because one is a public figure ,whether it be Rush or John Edwards, that they (or their families) should expect to be slandered by other public figures. IMO, it was just as wrong for Al Franken to call Rush a big fat idiot as it is for Coulter to call John Edwards a faggot.
I appreciate the kind words Bro.Curtis and I will say this when I see debates going askew and getting ugly I think about how dignified Bro. Curtis treats others even though they don't see eye to eye. Daisy comes to mind and though some may go too far overboard in their comments to Daisy Bro. Curtis really takes the High Road and dosen't allow it to become a personal battle. This is proof that people can disagree and still be friends.Bro. Curtis said:It sure does seem so. Honestly, I don't expect it from Rocko, he's usually one of the more saner posters.
