Coulter on Huckabee: Why doesn't she like him?!?

Here, Coulter rips into a guy I thought she would love. After reading her book Godless, I thought she would be thrilled to have a former pastor running... not so! Anyone know why Ann isn't pulling for Huck? To me, Huckabee would be the natural choice for someone having just written about why the govt. needs to make the world moral, etc.

Coulter works for Fox News, Fox News is backing Rudy Giuliani for being such a good Bud in getting Fox News on cable in New York City. Hannity and Coulter would normally deplore a man like Giuliani with the same vile and contempt that they have for the Clintons. If anything Fox News has proven that there is no such thing as a fair or unbiased media.

I don't have something against a woman. What I'm saying is i'm always amuse when a woman try to think highly of herself. I know many christian women that are smart enough but try to behave as is required of her.

For Ann, to call evangelicals who support Huckabee "stupid" and easily led is unbecoming of herself. What she thinks of herself?

It is Ann Coulter's opinion, to which she is entitled.

And it is my opinion that if Ann Coulter had put forth words of praise for Mike Huckabee and his "conservative" evangelical supporters that you would not have made that statement about her.

But i believe that you would not try to say that those evangelical who support Huckabee are "stupid" and easily led. She is saying that many christian leaders who support Huckabee are stupid.

I do think, though, that some evangelicals have jumped on the Huckabee bandwagon without looking thoroughly at all he supports politically. If he is what the ticket has to offer come election day, I will vote for him. At this point, however, I'm still undecided.

I'm a bit more leery this go-round!!!!

That is a very good post. My votes for President in 2000 and 2004 were a waste, and I never vote for Democrats.

This time, it seems the array of Republican candidates are average at best. There is no one that stands out as a natural born leader wanting to serve the American people, only opportunistic politicians.

Romney and Giuliani are out for me. There is no way either will get my vote. The rest, I am also undecided, but none has the makings of a great President.

As of late, the Democrats nominate candidates that are so bad, that we are forced to vote for Republicans that range from pathetic to average. That mindset must stop.
