Covid-19 and Your Mental Health

I'm an "essential worker", so my life hasn't changed much. I have had a rough year for mental health, but that's unrelated to COVID in my opinion.

well yeah this Covid thing is becoming part of the daily life (masks, face shields, distancing and other protection protocols). Accepting as part of our everyday life seems to be helpful but there is still this small portion that makes me worry, especially for my mom and kid.

How are coping with a bit of stress especially when you want to unwind a bit but you cant still go out?

I've read this article about the long-term symptoms of those who recovered from Covid-19. If this is really happening, would you all change your views regarding this virus?

Doctors Begin to Crack Covid’s Mysterious Long-Term Effects

I trust God and His Word. HE commands us to trust Him, to fear not, and to walk by faith in Him.

We shall each leave here at the time and method of His choosing. HE is Sovereign.

Read and lean upon God's Word. Not some articles written by men that fear death.

so you think that it is not as serious as they say?
I think there are many deaths that are counted as Covid deaths that were not a direct result of Covid. I mean here in KY there was a woman who was 103 who died "due to covid." I'm sorry, it wouldn't have mattered what she got, Covid was not the cause of death, old age was.
