Creating your Own Doctrine

Good Grief, your "plain meaning" becomes "my addition."
You add "ever" but that is not an addition, its the plain meaning. I add "when sinning" and that is an addition, rather than the plain contexual meaning.
I didn’t add anything. I let the words speak for themselves.

There are none that seek God, no not one.

I don’t have to add “ever” to the passage because that is what it already says.

peace to you

Do we need to add ever or when sinning to grasp the correct scope of the verse? Yes. Do some what to add and claim they are not adding? Yes.

Have any of the numerous verses, like many shall seek to find the narrow path to eternal life been ignored to make scripture to no effect? Yes.

Folks, the doctrine that the lost are unable to seek God is not just false, it is obviously false as shown by all the verses that say the lost seek God which are simply ignored. Not the way to live by God's word.
