Yep. If it goes against God's commands and they are telling you this is part of your job requirement, then RESIGN.
I can't be REQUIRED to do anything against what God has spoken to unless I CHOOSE to.
So again, either she's gonna do the job that the government hired her to do, or she needs to refuse to do it and resign because the law is in place.

Herein is the primary fallacy, that homo and heterosexuality are identities. They are not. They are behaviors. The terms are Freudian inventions. The term heterosexual was first applied to those that had an unnatural sexual appetite for those of the opposite sex, and the term homosexual was applied to those who had an unnatural sexual appetite for those of the same sex.
Both homosexuals and heterosexuals were deviants.
There really are no such things as heterosexuals or homosexuals. There are those who revel in sodomy.
