She was not a rookie, she made a mistake. I have read the family lawyer claims the cop deliberately maliciously killed him on purpose as a racist act.

Daunte Wright: Police release bodycam footage of fatal shooting (nypost.com)

The woman cop accidently shot him and was supposed to have tazed him.
But see this person shot made some serious mistakes when confronting the police and resisting them and fled.
Does not excuse the woman who shot instead of tazed him.
How you handle yourself when pulled over by the police seals your fate.

Check out the video of what happened here, this is what the police fear on every traffic stop they make.

Not murder, but manslaughter, caused his death, but not planned!

Its also been said that her concrecation was on him - as she was concerned that he might have been reaching for a weapon. In this case,
I don't have a problem with her drawing her weapon. Remember - he had a warrant for robbery.
Then you keep in mind some other LEO's involved in shooting, that made nation news. But those LEO's were the victims of the shooting.
and I am referring to very recent events

I agree with you, but black lawyers dont see it that way.
The attorney contrasted the treatment of Blacks by police to that experienced by Parkland killer Nicolas Cruz, who “police followed for hours” and “took alive.”

“If a black person moves a certain way, they shoot and kill him,” Crump said. “They obviously have criminalized the color of our skin.”

Of course they will pull the race card - as there was no other defense for the other felony charges he committed.
Remember, thats what the warrant was for (Robbery) and why he was going to be arrested.

They doxed the woman cop, so now they know where she lives. I read they put a protective barrier around her home.
Shame that good people have to suffer for the evil deeds of criminals.

The worst could be charged seems to be involuntary manslaughter!

Is that a fact, or just an opinion?

IF she was black, and the victim was white?

Lawyers and Judges are all about opinions, as in interpreting the laws, and swaying the juries.

That image of Justice holding the scales of Justice blindfolded really is nonsense.
What we are experiencing are like 'show trials'

Likely no media attention.
Lets get rid of policing where police proactively stop people for questioning.
And teach the police to stand down, not engage criminal behavior till after the criminals are done doing whatever they do.
"Escape from New York", let them BLM activists police themselves, put a giant wall around areas filled with crime. They dont want police or jails, why not let them have a vote. and let the people decide in those cities.

Worse than that evidently, basically accusing her of being a mastermind teaching other police how to commit unlawful acts against suspects and avoid all repercussions. That lawyer appears to be a "BLM narrative" lawyer.

BLM wants to overthrow the US and in every system of governance, they want the power and a revolution.
Sounds like they want a civil war, if the country wont give them what they want.
Will people get woke to that, and when are the enemies 'foreign and domestic' going to get acknowledged.

Fits the wanted narrative, all victims are choir boys/girls, and all cops racist!
