Thank you Webdog for posting that scripture reference. Yes I did imply that people knew it which was an assumption on my part. However when I preached the message it was to unbelievers. Dealing with fellow believers most of whom are not Calvinist I should have better explained myself. But it's a relationship with Christ that saves and not a system that one follows. Hyper Calvinism can be more dangerous than Semi Pelegainism. Anyways to the topic.
Such a view of degrees of reward in Heaven may strike at the Lordship salvation argument. I read a book talking about this and about others that may be more in the flesh and not looking as bright in The Lord may be truly saved just will not have all the rewards while Lordship salvation assumes then to be false. I lean towards LS but I won't be dogmatic and say that Calvinism is 100% correct in all areas because it may not be. Free Grace Soteriology may indeed be More biblical than LS.
