Earlier today Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer threatened supreme court justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch today during a rally in support of abortion.

“I want to tell you Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh: You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.” “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

The leading democrat Senator Schumer accused the supreme court justices of taking away peoples’ “fundamental rights” to kill babies, as the Supreme Court is currently hearing a case about a Louisiana law that regulates abortion providers.

Alarmed by the radical threats against the court, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts released the following statement:

“Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous. All Members of the Court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter,”

I would recommend that Roberts pass judgement on Shumer by declaring that Shumer have his lips STAPLED together for at least one year - to include a feeding tube!!!!!!

Wow. They are appointed, not elected, thus such threats can only mean something else. Perhaps he will claim he was referring to some sort of impeachment hearings, but the language he used sounds much too strong for that.

After Roberts' statement, a spokesman for Schumer stated Chuck was talking about Senate Republicans paying the price in the fall and called Roberts "biased".

"Schumer spokesman Justin Goodman said criticism of the New York Democrat's comments are a "deliberate misinterpretation."

He went on to falsely say, "Sen. Schumer's comments were a reference to the political price Senate Republicans will pay for putting these justices on the court."
During his speech, Schumer encouraged the crowd to boo Kavanaugh and Gorsuch and then -- moments later, while making his threatening comment -- pointed at the Supreme Court building while saying their names.
Goodman added Schumer's statement was also "a warning that the justices will unleash a major grassroots movement on the issue of reproductive rights against the decision."
"For Justice Roberts to follow the right wing's deliberate misinterpretation of what Sen. Schumer said, while remaining silent when President Trump attacked Justices Sotomayor and Ginsburg last week, shows Justice Roberts does not just call balls and strikes."

For a CNN Reporter to state that a Democrat spokesman was speaking "Falsely" is incredible!

I have checked my copy of the Constitution of the United states once again and have yet to find the part in it that says: "the right to an abortion at any time and for any reason shall not be infringed", so what is Chuckie Schumer all worked up about?

Schumer violated a couple of Federal statues here, but of course nothing will happen to him - at least not criminally. I bet though if I threatened a couple of Democrat Senators by name it would not be long before a couple of FBI agents would show up at my door to take me into custody.
