    Carpro doesn't care about the source; he cares about discrediting democrats, period.

    BTW this, as another poster pointed out, even if true, doesn't compare to what one of the right-wing idols, President Reagan and his minions did during the Iran-contra affair.

    If you had, you may have noticed that I am also skeptical concerning this report, but it sounds so much like what our idiotic democrat leaders would do that I'll be watching closely to see if there is any further corroboration of this story.

    To my knowledge, it has been picked up by 3 news services the last time I checked. I'll watch for more.:thumbs:

    You were skeptical? Usually, "secret", "unconfirmed" & "the implications could be enormous" don't denote skepticism as much as rumor-mongering.

    Why is this so unbelieveable to you ? Kerry met with North Vietnam, Carter has never met a tyrant he didn't cozy up to, Kennedy met with Russian leaders during Reagan's administration.

    WND, yes. The others? Not to my knowledge.

    The original report came from a Palestinian reporter and the Jerusalem Post has picked it up as well.

    If democrats did not have a history of meeting with our enemies, I could as easily discard this report as you do.

    We'll see if it grows legs.;) The corrupt old media will do everything it can not to report it until they can't ignore it any more.

    It is always amazing how the irrational mind is ready to jump up and point itself out. :smilewinkgrin: Dogma and party ahead of fact and logic. It doesn't mean you have to agree Alcott, but blanket condemnation is not rational at all.

    Why is what unbelieveable? Which Democrats met which officials when and what did they talk about? Fill in the blanks, throw in some actual evidence, and I'll tell you whether I believe it or not. So far there is not enough substance to believe or disbelieve.

    They funny thing about diplomacy is that it doesn't work if you only talk to those who already agree with you and refuse to talk with those who don't.

    First of all, I'm waiting, just like you are. But there is precident for this kind of thing happening.

    Would you like to chronicle the successes of Kerry's visit's ? Carter's ? Kennedy's ? Did they accomplish anything worth trumpeting ?
