How can a snake continue to avoid a car?
Maybe he was more crafty than any of the other creatures God made.....seems to have been more crafty than you that day....Smile

I don't like snake....I ran over one by accident a few years ago and kept imagining how it could somehow be under my truck waiting for me to get out. And that was just a black snake....Frown....I'm a wimp when it comes to snakes. I mean...they are so fast but don't even have feet...and if they did have feet they'd be so short....but they're so fast.......unnatural. Cautious

Vibration and heat maybe. Pit vipers have a well developed radar for heat, which a hot engine has plenty of. I've seen snakes run over on the road, but I can't ever recall seeing a rattlesnake done in by a car.
