How can something one did 35 years ago be relevant in any way, shape, matter, or form no matter the line of questioning, are candidates for public office now being queried on what happened as a minor? The man was a teenager for heavens sake!
As mentioned previously, IF this actually happened, and if he has previously been questioned about this during his background investigations, legal/moral jeopardy could come in if he has lied to the FBI.

Unless the supposed "crime" was murder, torture, or rape, I believe the statute of limitations has run it's course concerning this allegation.
From the reporting, it seemed to be an attempted sexual assault. I am skeptical, but I do know that things like that happen and I have had friends who have been assaulted/raped in similar situations.

I have a friend who has a friend who is active in Democrat power circles and an allegation has been made.
To be clear, something else that goes back to grade school?

Everyone wants to remain anonymous so you will just have to give me the benefit of the doubt. I mean, that is only want Democrats want people to do, so the same standard should be applied to my reporting on this matter, no?
Sure. That’s exactly what we should do. No one has asked anyone to believe the allegation up to this point.

Now, do you also give the benefit of the doubt to your political opponents?

As a partisan who does not want this Judge to be confirmed to the highest court in the land, we can correctly assume what her motives are.
Perhaps. But there is the question as to whether or not the allegation is true. If it is true, then we should all be quite concerned. Turning over the letter to the FBI is exactly the right thing to do. It seems that the FBI has placed it in the file for the White House. There has been no reliable reporting that I have heard which states the FBI’s opinion about the allegation.

I am just being facetious. And no, I do not give the benefit of the doubt to my political opponents, especially those who are Democrats. These are the same people who say with a straight face that President Trump is responsible for the hurricane that is now hitting the Carolinas, or told us that we could keep the health care plans we liked.

And that’s the way it should be. Please note that no one has asked you to believe it.
OH come on BB! its a similar smear job Clarence Thomas was given and YES the DNC/Feinstein collusion have asked us to believe it by bringing it forth as an 11th hour Hail Mary pass in order to topple Kavanaugh from the SCOTUS nomination.

Oh wait! - maybe it was Vladimir - Yes it wreaks of the stench of the dossier.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion.

Yes it wreaks of the stench of the dossier.
I know you love to use the "dossier" as an example of something that is false. You probably want to stop doing that since some of it has been confirmed, other parts have not been confirmed or disproven, and the errors found within it appear to be errors of translation/transliteration.

Now that Cohen, Weisselberg, and Manafort have decided to cooperate, they will likely be able to confirm or disprove each piece of raw intelligence found in the "dossier."

And they will come up with the same carrion flavored BALONEY (or Bologna to be perfectly correct) from the beginning.

Right - "errors of translation/transliteration", along with "anonymous but reliable sources", "dependable and supportive tapes and videos", etc, etc ...
Its nothing but a stall technique to get past the midterms and beyond in case there can be no impeachment..

I question the character of anyone who supports the democrat agenda, or any democrat. Flowery words don’t change anything. What you are left with is an immoral platform at the end of the day. Indefensible. Inexcusable. Unbelievable to see it being defended on a Baptist Board & in the Alinski way, they do it in the name of character! That’s rich!

I’m sure you would. But, that doesn’t make it right.

Flowery words don’t change anything. What you are left with is an immoral platform at the end of the day. Indefensible. Inexcusable.
Then don’t support the platform.

Unbelievable to see it being defended on a Baptist Board & in the Alinski way, they do it in the name of character! That’s rich!
Who is supporting the Democratic platform? I haven’t seen anyone do that.

The only parts that have been confirmed are the fact the Russians have meddled in the election. Nothing related to Trump has been proven and most of the sources are as you have said. Libbies are praying for some revelation to come to light out of it all. They want Trump gone at any cost.

And a fabrication which is air tight is just as good as a "revelation".

Let me fix this for you, Pastor Mitchell:

"The only parts that have been publicly confirmed are the fact the Russians have meddled in the election [,which is a complete repudiation of what the President consistently asserted]. Nothing related to Trump has been [publicly reported by the Mueller team yet.]"

Because there is nothing....

The Dems have a history of waiting until the 11th hour to mention things they have in their bag of tricks.

Yes, they do and this isn't the first story they've sat on to break at a critical moment, why I think we'll know for sure whether Mulehead "has something" or not next month.

This thing on Kav, last-ditch Hail Mary to derail the confirmation vote, failing miserably. Maybe DiChiFi's Chinese spy chauffeur wrote it.
