Should this immigrant be deported?

No, but then there is the saying "Hard cases make for bad law."
Looks like the law was fixed in 2000, just not effective for those his age. Does he even speak Korean?

But first, they have to be de-naturalized. In the cases I've heard of, the person lied on their immigration paperwork.
From the little I know about this case, Adam was adopted by an American family and sent to the US when he was three, along with his sister. The family that adopted him was a nightmare, they had to remove the kids from the home. They never filed the paperwork, and I think Adam's status is that of a legal immigrant.
He can be deported but they are going after this guy and letting all those DREAMERS get a pass for being here illegally and committing crimes. I saw an article in the NYT that said his birth mother in Korea is waiting to be reunited with him. This is just a sad case all around, if I were him, I'd either go back to Korea and try to get a pardon from Obama just for the record, or run off to the nearest sanctuary city.
