What is our Government up to with all this news about drone attacks on our own citizens? They use the word terrorist to describe American citizens that are threats to America but will not use this word to describe radical Muslims. hmmmmm

There is also news of DHS buying 100s of millions of rounds of ammo. Some of the ammo is designated as sniper ammo. There is mention of billions of rounds purchased over the coming few years.

Does the Government know something is up, like a take over from certian citizen groups? This is starting to sound creepy.

Personal opinion, nothing more............

DHS buying millions of round of ammo is just part of the process to disarm the honest citizens of this country. What better way to make a gun useless? It's only a club if there aren't any bullets to put in it.

The more the government buys (takes off the market), the less there is available for private purchase.

With the government in direct competition with the public for available production, the price of ammo is going the way of a piece of prime beef. How many average John Q Public can afford to buy ribeye steaks in any appreciable quantity today?

BTW, DHS isn't the only department buying ammo. Take a look at who else is stockpiling millions of rounds.

Sorry if I've lead anyone astray, if this does turn out to be much ado about nothing. Hopefully, I'll get time later this week to do more digging, unless someone else comes up with something that appears to be trustworthy and negates what I had to say earlier.
