Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) and Devin Nunes have made a compelling case that Adam Schiff must be disqualified from leading the House impeachment effort.
Their case is simple – Schiff if now a witness, as is his staff because they had contact with the whistleblower and we don’t let witnesses be prosecutors in the same case in this country.
This makes sense on many levels and the Democrats would be wise to make this move as Schiff has gotten too much of the wrong kind of publicity.
