Hey, now; a crawfish boil is serious business. When they start using industrial-sized fry baskets to pull buckets of crawfish out of the boiler, and you see men and women alike tearing the heads off and sucking down the insides, and you see the mounds of crawfish shells around picnic tables 12-feet long...well, crawfish boils are serious business.
