I can see it now, Me2 jumping up and down before the throne of God, yelling at God telling him, "Don't you understand God, you were suppose to save all of those you cast into the lake of fire including Satan, the dragon, the False prophet who betrayed so many, and the Demons who for millenniums taunted and tormented mankind, deceiving them keeping them blinded to the truth. You were supposed to do that because that is the way I, Me2, understood Your Holy Word! What's the matter with you God, Can't you read?

as we see Yelsew ranting and raving about mans faith being required to move Gods opinion.
As yelsew wrings his hands waiting as God judges each and every sinner before him.
Unfortunately every verdict is twarted by the injustice of one man standing beside all and dying for all sins and then the audacity of God to impute the righteousness of one single action of a righteous to cover the transgressions of all.
How would you like it if God makes you sit there while 100's of billions of souls are judged. each rendering an innocent verdict from God as you wait patiently for JUST ONE SINNER to be judged GUILTY.
proving yourself and your understanding of Gods way to be righteous all along...uh..i mean right.

... Can you give us the reference where the scriptures describe the Lake of Fire as you do? Where in scripture does it say that there is redemption from the lake of fire?

second death is the abolishment or rendering useless the power that death has over unrighteous men. through the single act of the sacrificial death of jesus christ by destroying the power of death by overcoming it with a greater power.

and reflect on our lives today as theirs in the future...
judgement of God comes in the way of forgiveness. yet the sanctification of saints includes the destruction of the works of evil. the removal of works of flesh.
we all were sinners before God called us out of this world. and we all are taught of the Holy Spirit the difference of truth and error. and its taught to us by his methods and will.
all acts of sin are forgiven.(eventually)
and there is pain and agony in each and every defeat of our pride as we discover that we are not gods unto our selves, but meer finite creature conforming to an inteded desired image.
perhaps we could look at this as the offenders not forgiving themselves. for that is part of the sin.
or even the sin itself being used to allow the participant to reflect of different conclusions of choices. however the case.
as it happens to the bride today. as it will happen to all men everywhere eventually.
we exit this "lake" by dying to self and allowing God to resurrect us as we depend on the blood of Christ to sanctify us of all unrighteousness.
Gods methods dont change. as it is today, so it will be then. Jesus will still become everyones lord.
as he will be everyones christ.
God doesnt want people tormented or even annihilated. He forgave us all. he made us to become his children. not eternal object lessons of his anger.
God is not angry with mankind.
He repented. He forgave us.
